All our prices are subject to revision, unless expressly agreed upon in the acknowledgement of receipt and confirmation of order. The Terms and Conditions may not be changed by correspondence from our buyer or by a clause to the contrary, even if contained in an order form. Only those changes which have been discussed and formally accepted by us in writing may be deviated from.
Our mesh size measurements are always made between two rows of knots, knot center to knot center, dry mesh under normal tension. Manufacturing tolerance + or – 5%.
The forces, resistances, work or loads are always given as an indication and without engaging our liability.
No claim will be accepted if it is not made within a week of receipt of the goods and in no case if the goods have been handled, even for outsourced work. All our liability will be discharged for delay or non-delivery due to a case of emergency such as machine breakdown, strikes, epidemics, lack of raw materials, etc… Delivery times are always given as an indication. A delay which can come from an unforeseen manufacturing problem will not be able to give place has compensation on behalf of us. In the event of outstanding payments, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the orders in note. Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient and are payable at St Wandrille Rançon. Our drafts and payments do not constitute a novation or a waiver of this jurisdiction clause. In case of dispute, the Commercial Court of Rouen will have sole jurisdiction.
In application of the law N° 80-335 of May 12, 1980 (J.O. of May 13, 1980, page 1202), the property of the goods described on this document is reserved to the seller until full payment of the price.
